I’m not here to impress you with perfect therapist language or a wall of inspirational quotes. I’m here to help people rebuild their lives for real. I’m a recovering addict who rode the merry-go-round of rehab programs, courtrooms, and jail nights before I ever found stability. I know what rock bottom feels like—and what it takes to climb out. This work is personal to me because I’ve lived both sides of it—broken and rebuilding.My approach is direct, trauma-informed, and rooted in harm reduction. I don’t believe in shame-based treatment or rigid labels—I believe in doing what works.
 
I work with people in recovery who are done with surface-level advice and want real progress. If you’re exhausted by “stay positive” quotes and systems that treat you like a number, you’re in the right place. I don’t care where you’ve been—I care where you’re going and whether you’re ready to do the work to get there. I value honesty over perfection, progress over performance, and connection over judgment.
 
I specialize in substance use recovery, relapse prevention, post-treatment support, and rebuilding life after chaos. I work best with people who feel like the black sheep—the ones who refuse to give up even when life hasn’t been pretty.
